  • Undergraduate Teaching Assistant - Transforming Ideas to Innovation II

    January 2016 - May 2016

    Trained and mentored a group of 25 students to develop problem-solving skills, modelling and design skills. Coached and guided students in learning computer tools to solve fundamental engineering problems, with an emphasis on MATLAB. Educated students to devise a systemic design process to develop design solutions and compare design alternatives.

  • Software Development Engineer Intern

    May 2016 - July 2016

    Redesigned/Modernized/Improved the user interface by rearranging existing and adding new graphical user interface (GUI) elements to improve functionality for easy navigation of software. Collaborated with a team of engineers in sieving through error logs and making necessary changes to provide functioning code. Successfully developed code to verify and audit user inputs, specifically for various types of currencies.

  • Undergraduate Teaching Assistant - Microprocessor System Design and Interfacing

    January 2017 - May 2017

    Responsible for 20 undergraduates to develop understanding of assembly language programming techniques, interrupt control systems and handshaking protocols. Successfully coached students to debug code and suggest more efficient logic to simplify the task at hand.

  • Agriculture Information Technology - Student Technician

    May 2017 - August 2017

    Manage tier 2-3 support for 4,000 users in the College of Agriculture’s IT department. Collaborate with the senior team to develop a new process to expedite the imaging process. Train and mentor incoming students and analysts to image and re-image computers. Successfully guided new students to setup new users and create IPAM reservations.

  • Undergraduate Teaching Assistant - Software Engineering Tools

    January 2018 - April 2018

    Trained and mentored 30 students to use scripting languages to integrate the input/output of diverse software systems. Aided students to apply testing techniques to assess software reliability and correctness.
